History of Beaver Springs

Beaver Springs is a small community located in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. Over time, the community also became known as Adamsburg before eventually adopting the name Beaver Springs. The current name reflects the abundance of beavers that once inhabited nearby waterways and the natural spring that served as a focal point of the settlement.
